Robert M. Perry

Since graduating from law school, Michael Perry has exclusively practiced personal injury law. He has represented clients in accident and injury cases ranging from medical malpractice to slip and fall accidents.
Mr. Perry has jury trial experience in many different types of accident and injury cases. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a BA in Political Science and from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University with a JD in 1989.

Mr. Perry is a member of the Florida Association For Justice and the American Association for Justice. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar, 1989, the United States District Court Middle District of Florida, 1990, and the United States Supreme Court, 1996. Mr. Perry is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubble.

Mr. Perry has lived and worked in Gainesville for 40 years. After graduating from Gainesville High School, he served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Perry and his wife Jennifer, have three granddaughters, Sophia, Ysabel, and Coco. His interests include boating, motorcycling and skiing.
